- Eye & Skin: Avoid putting anything in the baby's eyes and delay the first bath for at least 24 hours.

- Immunization: Follow the full vaccination schedule (BCG, Polio, DPT) as per the health card.
- Hygiene: Wash hands before handling the baby or preparing any complementary food.
- Growth Monitoring: Visit our camps monthly to track the baby's weight and height.
- Safe Sleep: Always place the baby on their back to sleep on a firm, flat surface.

- Nutritional Recovery: Increase intake of iron-rich foods, proteins, and fluids to support healing and lactation.
- Rest & Recovery: Sleep when the baby sleeps and avoid heavy physical labor for at least 6 weeks.
- Hygiene: Maintain high personal hygiene to prevent postnatal infections.
- Mental Health: Talk to family or our counselors if you feel persistent sadness or anxiety.
